Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I would not recommend anyone to go to Kia of Concord NC!!! While my car was under warranty they claimed to have fixed my car. The problem was that my car doesn't know which gear it's in. I was driving and all of a sudden my car goes into neutral and if anyone had of been behind me they would of ran right into me!! This problem also happens if I'am sitting still. Kia of Concord was supposedly to have fixed the problem last year but obviously they didn't. I have another appointment with them this week and I'am not paying for this because they didn't fix my car whenever it was under warranty!!! If myself or one of my family memebers have an auto accident because of this I will sue!!! Because Kia was suppose to fix this problem and did not. I like my car but I do not and will not recommend anyone to go to Kia of Concord NC!!!!!!!!!!
