You'll come to this shop for the a standard oil change fee that can’t be beat. You'll stay for great management and honest work. My first experience there (after a TERRIBLE experience with a competitor down the street), I had a long chat with the manager, Seth, on his business strategy of do good work and people will return. My second experience, I watched as he put it into practice. Rather than selling a customer a new set of rotors (standard practice at most shops these days), the guys at Meineke had resurfaced them, saving the customer some money, and giving him some tips on how to avoid doing the damage again. My third visit, Seth even advised me to go to the dealership to fix an issue with my Ford, telling me it could be covered by warranty and could save me money. If they couldn't fix it, or wanted to charge through the nose, he said, "come back and see me."

After SEVERAL positive experiences, I had a negative one, which I posted here earlier today. Seth called me the very day I posted, and told me what he had heard about it from his team. He had a meeting about my post today, and called me to get my side. We talked over my issues, he apologized, validated my frustrations and anger, and then, he MADE IT RIGHT. I've got to say, I was really disappointed when I thought I'd have to find a new shop, but I'm glad that I can keep seeing Seth and his team at Meineke in Concord.
