My grandmother was here and they were absolutely terrible! They were supposed to be helping her learn how to get around after her accident and surgery, they didn’t do a thing. They didn’t even help her learn how to get onto the potty, when she would tell them she needed to use the bathroom, they would ignore her until she would relieve herself on herself, and leave her in it, until one of us got there to visit and we had to fuss about it. They would leave her bed laying down, and bring her food to her and leave it to where she couldn’t reach it, or fix her bed. She is diabetic and her sugar is in a mess after that. When we were ready to take her home, they basically said bye and shoved us out the door! This place should be absolutely ashamed of how they treat their patients! Most of their patients are there for therapy to learn how to get back to normal life after something big in their lives, like a stroke, fall or car accident. This place left us still at square one with my grandmother and I couldn’t be more disappointed in this center.
